Aldo appeared as a "side-effect" to a honors theses of an undergraduate student somewhere in 2001. Aldo diSorbo wasn't intended to be a robot that could think on it's own. Instead, his creator was hoping for just a machine. But Jack "diSorbo" didn't knew what amazing capabilities his new project had. He discovered it by accident during a simple test, and from that moment on, Aldo became the favorite of the whole science-world.
