"Aldo Disorbo" is born

Jack noticed the odd behavior of the little robot and checked his programs. To his surprise, Aldo developed a neural structure that could allow him to learn "on his own".
After realizing Aldo's great potential, Jack switched his honors thesis completely and asked for the help of the Department for research. Jack wanted to make Aldo the first "little car" that would respond to verbal commands.
That's how the little "diSorbo robot" became Aldo diSorbo. A machine capable of learning slow, but all on it's own. Aldo's external structure was improved so he transformed into a little car.
"When he finished with the upgrading, Aldo looked just like a car from the cartoons. We even made him laser-eyes to 'see' the objects in front of him. I was so proud," said Jack at the first conference about Aldo.
